1. Network Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4simpleproblems (4SP) V6 network and its associated sub-systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
4SP operates as an independent, optimized network infrastructure primarily serving student communities. Your access to this network is a privilege granted by the platform administration and is contingent upon your adherence to these rules.
2. User Responsibility & Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, photos, audio, or other materials ("Content") that you transmit or display on the 4SP service.
- 2;1 No Malicious Activity: You may not distribute viruses, destructive code, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the cloud infrastructure.
- 2;2 Link Integrity: The unauthorized distribution of internal access links to third parties for the purpose of disrupting service is prohibited. Violation may result in account review.
- 2;3 Identity Integrity: You may not spoof administrative accounts or falsely claim affiliation with the 4SP development team.
- 2;4 Respectful Interaction: Harassment, hate speech, threats, and explicit content are strictly prohibited across all social features.
3. Content Responsibility (Dailyphoto & Posts)
Features like Dailyphoto and user feeds operate on a community-driven basis.
3;1 Liability Disclaimer: 4simpleproblems is NOT liable for user-uploaded imagery or text. You retain ownership and responsibility for what you post. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate by administrators.
4. Global Leaderboard Terms
The 4SP Global Leaderboard is an opt-in ranking system that displays user engagement metrics across the network.
- 4;1 Opt-In Consent: By opting into the leaderboard, you consent to the public display of your profile information and activity score.
- 4;2 Score Calculation: Scores are generated via algorithms evaluating session duration and feature engagement.
- 4;3 Right to Opt-Out: You may revoke your consent at any time via the Settings panel.
6. Resource Delivery & Content Availability
4SP integrates advanced delivery protocols to ensure consistent availability of media hubs, study tools, and academic resources.
- 6;1 Usage: 4SP is not liable for disciplinary actions taken by institutions resulting from the use of platform utilities during instructional time.
- 6;2 Availability: We utilize distributed nodes to ensure reliable access to all student services.
7. Administration & Governance
The primary Creator and appointed Administrators maintain authority over the platform infrastructure to ensure safety and stability.
7;1 Enforcement: Administrators possess tools to manage accounts and ensure network stability. Attempts to bypass an administrative ban may result in permanent hardware-level blocks.

- P;2.3 Privacy Settings Panic Key and Tab configurations.
- P;2.4 Local Themes Interface layout preferences.
4. Third-Party Services Integration
- P;4.1 Firebase: Hosts database and authentication.
- P;4.2 Cloudflare/Vercel: Manages DNS and infrastructure resiliency.
5. The Right to Disappear (Account Deletion)
P;5.1 Termination: Through the Settings page, you can execute a full account deletion, which irreversibly purges your profile and associated data.
